About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent. This role offers an exciting opportunity to start your property career and contribute to our success.
As a key member of our New Homes Sales Teams, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and clients, managing property viewings, and generating offers. You will have access to an incredible register of available high-end stock and the chance to make a real impact in a dynamic and vibrant team.
The salary for this role is £35k-£45k OTE (On Target Earnings), which reflects the level of responsibility and potential earnings associated with the position. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive uncapped commission potential, which means that your earning potential is directly tied to your performance and achievements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Registering applicants and managing inquiries
- Speaking with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords
- Conducting property viewings
- Building strong relationships with customers and clients
- Keeping vendors and landlords updated
- Generating and negotiating offers
- Managing the deal through to completion and handing over keys to new homeowners
