We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our New Homes team at Hanwell Square in London.

Job Description

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our expert London Residential Developments Sales team on a prestigious new scheme. Given its location and quality, this development is likely to be very popular.

You will be responsible for following sales through to exchange and completion, including:

  • Maintaining accurate records on the database on a daily basis, re-qualifying and archiving as necessary
  • Ensuring regular feedback is provided to clients and the Sales Manager
  • Ensuring thorough preparation of the sales centre and show homes
  • Closely liaising with the Sales Manager, reporting any problems on-site promptly and resolving them where required
  • Remaining aware of competing schemes in the area and trends in the local property market
  • Maintaining up-to-date price lists, sales brochures, specification lists, and displays

This role requires:

  • A clean UK driving licence
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in New Homes or Residential Sales
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
