FNZ is a dynamic company seeking a talented Graduate Talent Manager to join our recruitment function. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned functional areas across the UK.

About the Role

This opportunity offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment team with searching, sourcing, and registering candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment through interviews and psychometric testing.
  • Coordinating interviews between stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment agencies.
  • Assist with high-volume recruitment and Graduate Assessment Centres.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Possess a strong educational background (ideally Bachelor degree level) and excellent communication skills.
  • Ideal experience in providing administrative support to a busy recruitment team or agency background.
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with drive to deliver results and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
