Technical Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Compliance Manager to join our team at Access Talent Group. This role will involve on-site and office auditing, monitoring, assessment, and verification of measured quantities and technical compliance with contracts, processes, and standards within Highways schemes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Highways who would like to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our team. As a Technical Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring that all measurements and technical compliance meet the required standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning and implementation of compliance programs
  • Leadership and mentorship of a team of engineers
  • Preparation and review of measurement reports
  • On-site visits to verify technical compliance
  • Contribution to monthly and annual reports

To be successful in this role, you will require a graduate or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent, significant experience in Highways, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary: £80,000 per annum, reflecting the high level of expertise required for this position.
