Job OverviewThis role offers the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of New Business Sales Executives, driving revenue growth within the public sector. You will play a pivotal role in achieving annual sales targets, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a leadership role, with a strong understanding of the Payroll and Human Resources market.
Duties and Responsibilities- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of New Business Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Foster a high-performance culture through regular feedback, training, and professional development initiatives.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Deliver contract revenues aligned with the Company's business plan, commission scheme, and individual sales targets. Self-generate and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance.
- Market Expertise & Strategic Selling: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Payroll and Human Resources market, including its culture, trends, and structure. Understand managed service delivery and leverage this knowledge to create compelling sales propositions.
The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, with additional benefits such as access to internal training courses, professional qualifications, and a monthly employee recognition program.
