This role is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Administrator on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the HR Manager to assist in all aspects of HR administration.
- Maintain employee records and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
- Process HR documentation, including new hire paperwork, employment contracts, and termination paperwork.
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials and scheduling training sessions.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
- Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollment, inquiries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Provide support for performance management processes, including performance review documentation and goal setting.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Support HR reporting and data analysis by preparing regular reports and maintaining HR metrics.
- Stay updated on current HR policies, practices, and employment legislation to ensure compliance.
- Handle general inquiries and provide assistance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and experience with HR software is advantageous.
- A good understanding of HR policies and employment legislation.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
