HR Administrator Role

Holt Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Administrator to support the overall HR strategy of the business. The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering a positive company culture and ensuring employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage employee personnel information, including DBS and right to work checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  2. Lead recruitment processes, including application shortlisting and conducting interviews, to identify top talent.
  3. Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense forms efficiently.
  4. Develop and maintain regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, to inform business decisions.
  5. Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department.

Requirements

  1. Strong administration skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  2. Previous experience in an HR Admin or Recruitment role is desirable, but not essential.
  3. Knowledge of HR software and systems is also desirable, but not essential.
  4. Qualified to CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
