About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact at our head office. This will involve greeting visitors, directing deliveries, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. Additionally, the candidate will assist the Administration Manager with various administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and filing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a friendly and courteous service to all employees and customers
  • Manage the reception area, including setting up meeting rooms and providing refreshments
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, report preparation, and filing
  • Support the Administration Manager with various tasks, including research and creation of improved processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new skills and undertake qualifications as part of the role
  • Own transport is essential due to the location of our offices
