Job Summary:

Pennyfarthing Homes Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support to the Construction Administration Manager, including data entry, research, and report preparation
  • Assist with the setup and coordination of meetings, including room preparation and refreshments
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning, photocopying, and faxing

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
  • Own transport is essential due to the location of our offices
