About the Role

We are seeking a highly adaptable and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Support Co-ordinator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, resolving customer queries, and leading customer meetings.

As a Customer Support Co-ordinator, you will have the opportunity to build knowledge of our processes and procedures, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
