Customer Success Manager

Are you a customer-focused professional looking to drive growth and success in a dynamic SaaS environment? We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at ACCS - ARES Customer Care Solutions GmbH.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in customer-facing account management and customer success to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing current customers, ensuring high adoption, renewing contracts, and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all notes and updates in the CRM for all customers to provide visibility throughout the company
  • Implement sales-i best practices with clients to ensure optimal utilisation of the tool
  • Leverage customer relationships as needed for prospect references
  • Implement internal initiatives to drive efficiencies within the Customer Success team
  • Proactively consult and oversee customers' sales-i activity to recommend training and enablement best practices
  • Lead upselling with training and additional offerings where available
Requirements
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing Account Management or Customer Success role, within a B2B company (SaaS experience essential)
  • Ability to learn new software systems
  • Customer care
  • Flexible, adaptable, and pragmatic – able to lead effectively within an environment of ambiguity
  • Time management – to achieve goals/standards
