Customer Success Manager

Experienced SaaS Customer Success Manager sought for a challenging role at ACCS - ARES Customer Care Solutions GmbH. The ideal candidate will oversee current customers, ensuring high adoption and contract renewals, while implementing sales-i best practices and driving efficiencies within the Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer relationships, providing visibility throughout the company and implementing sales-i best practices.
- Leverage customer relationships for prospect references and upselling opportunities.
- Implement internal initiatives to drive efficiencies within the Customer Success team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a customer-facing Account Management or Customer Success role, within a B2B company (SaaS experience essential).
- Ability to learn new software systems and customer care.
- Flexible, adaptable, and pragmatic, with excellent time management skills.
