Role Overview

The HR Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department in various aspects of human resources. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing employee needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit and onboard new employees by assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  2. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, providing advice and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  3. Support conflict resolution and mediation efforts between employees and management, maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.
  4. Maintain accurate records of employee data, ensuring all HR documentation is accurate, confidential, and compliant with legal requirements.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000, taking into account the location and industry standards.
