About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- 5 GCSE passes including English and Maths
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional administration skills
- Previous HR Administration experience
What You'll Do
This role involves:
- Assisting in gathering information for payroll
- Note taking for attendance meetings
- Ensuring employees are aware of company policies and procedures
- Using and maintaining HR systems
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Maintaining the company filing system
