About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Shepherd Neame. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the business, deputising in their absence, and driving the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction at site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in the overall management of the business, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.
  • Deputise for the General Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, ensuring excellent customer service at every opportunity.
