We are seeking a highly skilled CAMHS Community Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team, working with children and young people with mental health needs across Essex.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive care to our patients.
- As a senior medical professional, you will offer guidance and support to the team.
- Your role will involve direct engagement with young people and their families, ensuring seamless communication with other CAMHS providers and acute hospitals.
- Participate in the on-call rota, receiving a Category B on-call supplement of 2% of your basic salary for your designated shifts.
- Foster a positive team environment by supporting your colleagues and team leader.
- Collaborate with a Paediatrician colleague who provides 0.2wte support.
- A commitment to collaborative working is crucial in this role.
