Child and Adolescent Wellbeing Practitioner

North East London NHS Foundation Trust invites applications from highly skilled and compassionate professionals to fill the position of Child and Adolescent Wellbeing Practitioner. This role offers an exceptional chance to contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services in the Mid Essex area, covering the districts of Braintree, Chelmsford, and Maldon.
As a Child and Adolescent Wellbeing Practitioner with NELFT, you will be part of a close-knit team that is deeply committed to providing holistic support to children, young people, and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver interventions within MHSTs in and around schools and colleges while receiving clinical supervision.
To succeed in this role, you must have a graduate qualification in a relevant field and substantial experience in delivering low-intensity CBT treatments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A comprehensive benefits package and flexible working arrangements are offered to support your personal and professional growth. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
