Key Responsibilities

The Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue and productivity targets.
  • Operate a high-performing team with independence and autonomy.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of award-winning service, starting with initial contact, setting realistic customer expectations, and taking responsibility for quick hand-offs within GTT.

In addition, the Sales Director will work closely with other GTT business functions to ensure effective customer hand-offs to support functions, and improve cross-functional processes.

The estimated salary range for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
