Area Business Director

We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the position of Area Business Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and improve profitability across multiple stores.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and driving business growth. They should possess excellent communication and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve profitability
- Lead and manage a team of store managers and regional leaders
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align business goals with company objectives
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to store managers and staff
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 7 years of retail management experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of success in leadership and business development
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
