Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
This Sales Manager position requires a strong track record of success in selling technical solutions to aerospace and defence tier one and OEM customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
The company represents a wide range of worldwide manufacturers of industrial consumables, including adhesives, coatings, sealants, tapes, and gaskets. They offer bespoke packaging solutions through their unique repack facilities and pride themselves on added value through deep technical knowledge, product customisation, and outstanding customer service.
As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with the Sales Director to develop new business and grow existing accounts. You will also collaborate with the Marketing Manager to generate leads and content. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive growth in a dynamic and rapidly expanding industry.
