As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of training courses throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of courses, ensuring courseware is generated and available in a timely manner.
  • Support the Training Customer Service Manager in all aspects of service provision, including customer requests and applications.
  • Maintain effective and efficient systems for departmental administration processes.
  • Support the training department in the accurate processing of customer requests and applications.
  • Plan and coordinate trainer diaries, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Proactively raise purchase orders for products to support course delivery, ensuring transparency and control of revenue margins.
  • Develop and implement a proactive and methodical approach to course planning, including venue selection, catering, and equipment management.
  • Manage course paperwork, registrations, and certification distribution in line with audit processes and company SLAs.
  • Record customer data, manage the CITB training directory, and upload delegate achievements for levy funding.
  • Support the Customer Service Manager with internal and external audits.
  • Manage the open course calendar, ensuring the timetable is pre-planned and up-to-date in line with departmental budget.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships and SLAs.
  • Promote the Nationwide Platforms brand, core values, and mission statement to maintain a market-leading image.
  • Maintain internal health, safety, and corporate governance standards in accordance with Nationwide Platforms Group Policy and promote health and safety best practices with all stakeholders.

About You:

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in coordinating diaries or events.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Takes ownership of problems and demonstrates a proactive approach to issue resolution.
