Job Title: Operations Business Change Manager

The Operations Business Change Manager will play a pivotal role in driving and managing business change initiatives at Premier Guarantee. This strategic thinker will blend operational expertise with change management principles to ensure successful implementation of projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of Premier Guarantee's annual operational and strategic plans and priorities in line with the company's 2025 and beyond ambitions.
  • Ensure all business areas fully understand prioritisation, the change taking place, and have processes in place to support post-implementation.
  • Responsible for best practice oversight, including UAT testing completions, process flows, audit of post-go-live oversight, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and compliantly, audit and upkeep of document version control, departmental operating procedures, RACE process management and updates, systems access management process, approve IT release plans and audit, manage any post-implementation feedback and changes back to Business Product Owner, ensuring business areas perform adequate change control management, manages adherence to MRe essentials in relation to project management, manages the system user journey and improvements, change management including training, communication, etc.
  • Maintain a current and wide understanding of the market. Consider and advise the Operations Strategy & Oversight Manager of opportunities for development, maximising use of systems and analytics.
  • Lead and manage multiple change projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure alignment of change development with operational needs and strategic goals.
  • Monitor change-related performance and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Awareness and understanding of regulatory framework, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to lead the development and interpretation of numerical trends and analysis, identify key issues based on this information to enable well-informed business decisions.
  • Effective stakeholder management at all levels.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
  • Project Management related qualifications.
  • University degree or equivalent preferred.
