About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our digital transformation efforts in manufacturing. As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of digital technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with Unilever's business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions, including automation, data analytics, and IoT technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and external vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital transformation projects, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with automation, data analytics, and IoT technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
