  • Drive and manage business change initiatives to ensure successful implementation of projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse and identify routes for operational improvement and enhancement, ensuring required standards are clearly articulated and embedded.
  • Support the implementation of Premier Guarantee's annual operational and strategic plans and priorities in line with the company's 2025 and beyond ambitions.
  • Ensure all business areas fully understand prioritisation, the change taking place, and have processes in place to support post-implementation.
  • Manage best practices, including UAT testing completions, process flows, and audit of post-go-live oversight.
  • Manage system user journeys and improvements, change management, including training and communication.
  • Lead and manage multiple change projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure alignment of change development with operational needs and strategic goals.
  • Monitor change-related performance and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement.
