Client Relationship Director

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operations of a national organisation from our Bristol office, focusing on client relationships and driving growth.
About the Role:- Foster and maintain strong client relationships with experience in commercial maintenance, preferably.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of profit and loss statements and operational backgrounds.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service.
- Analyse returns and report results on tender documentation submitted to contractors.
- Support senior surveying staff in delivering project manager instructions.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of JCT building contracts and construction processes.
- Promote quality and efficiency in project delivery through robust construction techniques and processes.
