About the Role:

This role involves delivering training to apprentices in early years settings, both in-person and virtually. As an Early Years Trainer, you will enjoy a flexible Monday-to-Friday schedule, work from home, and travel regionally to support and train apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and Teach: Deliver high-quality training to apprentices, utilizing your expertise to foster their growth and development.
  • Develop Future Talent: Connect with new apprentices, assess their goals and learning needs, and provide personalized support to ensure they achieve their potential.
  • Functional Skills: Emphasize the importance of English and maths in the context of their role, guiding them towards self-improvement and improved outcomes.
About You:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years professionals who are eager to share their expertise and make a difference in the sector. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • Experience at Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager level.
  • Comfort with technology for virtual training and administrative tasks.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for regional travel.
