Development and Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Early Years professional to join our team as a Trainer, delivering training to apprentices in early years settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to share their expertise and make a difference in the sector.
The successful candidate will work from home, traveling regionally to support and train apprentices. They will need to have experience at Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager level, a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years, and be comfortable with technology for virtual training and administrative tasks.
The salary for this position is £27,000 per annum, with opportunities for bonus payments and holiday entitlement. We also offer additional benefits, including mileage reimbursement and travel expenses covered.
