Role Overview: Family Hub Engagement Specialist
Kent County Council is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of Family Hub services in the Sevenoaks District. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with local stakeholders, engaging with community members, and facilitating the growth of volunteer-led initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local community organisations, schools, and healthcare providers to promote Family Hub services.
- Design and deliver engaging workshops, events, and activities that encourage community participation and volunteerism.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address gaps in service provision, ensuring that Family Hub services meet the needs of local families.
