Community Health Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Community Public Health Nurse to join our Health Visiting service in Kent. This role will involve working with families and children aged zero to five, providing support and clinical care. The successful candidate will be part of a team that prioritizes keeping children safe and well.
As a Community Public Health Nurse, you will have a varied caseload and will need to be confident and flexible to provide high-quality support to new and growing families. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that children and families have a positive experience.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Contributing to antenatal and postnatal care programs
- Completing reviews, packages of care, and safeguarding as mandated by HCP
- Supporting the supervision and development of colleagues
- Providing competent clinical and non-clinical interventions to support family outcomes and service delivery
- Attending and contributing to team meetings
- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES TO ENHANCE TEAM WORKING ENVIRONMENT
