About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Early Intervention Healthcare Professional to join our team of healthcare professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified nurse to work in a community-based setting, providing early intervention services to families with children aged zero to five.

As an Early Intervention Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care and support to patients in their own homes or community settings. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and ensure that patients receive the best possible outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in community or acute healthcare and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. A registered healthcare professional with relevant qualifications and knowledge of up-to-date clinical practice is essential.
