We are seeking a talented Early Years Trainer to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity to share your expertise and passion for Early Years education with apprentices in early years settings.

About the Role:

As an Early Years Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, both in-person and virtually. This role requires a strong ability to inspire and teach, develop future talent, and emphasize the importance of functional skills such as English and maths.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and Teach: Create engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to the diverse needs of apprentices.
  • Develop Future Talent: Foster a supportive environment that encourages apprentices to grow and develop, both personally and professionally.
  • Functional Skills: Provide expert guidance on the importance of English and maths in the context of their role, empowering apprentices to achieve improved outcomes.
About You:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years professional with a passion for training and development. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • Experience at Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for regional travel.
