Job Title: Mobile Service Engineer
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to join our team at Nationwide Platforms. As a Mobile Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of a range of powered access equipment within the depot and on customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products.
- Complete all relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures.
- Promote teamwork between colleagues across all depots to ensure delivery of effective workshop performance.
- Ensure the van is fully equipped with spare parts at all times.
- Ensure service records are maintained and updated onto systems and daily worksheets are populated.
About You:
- You will have a relevant general maintenance qualification and proven experience gained within the plant rental sector.
- You will have experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics/fault finding.
- You will have good interpersonal skills and a good understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
