Residential Block Night Shift Manager Position

We are partnering with FPMR Ltd to hire a skilled Night Duty Manager for a prestigious residential block in South West London. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact between the General Manager and Facilities Manager, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Concierge Desk.

Working hours: 4on 4off rota, 7pm to 7am

Estimated salary: £39,000 per annum

About the Role

The successful applicant will assist in onsite duties and provide exceptional concierge services as directed by the General Manager and/or Facilities Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining effective line management of the concierge team through delegation and coordination.
  • Establishing and exceeding customer service standards as the benchmark for the Concierge Team.
  • Overseeing staff administration, including Staff Induction, Training, Annual Rota, Annual Leave forms, Overtime, and Return to Work forms.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring seamless communication with residents.
  • Taking personal responsibility for adhering to the company's Health & Safety policies and practices.

A strong working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and legislation is essential to eliminate or mitigate risk in the workplace. Additionally, experience working outdoors and ability to work independently are highly desirable skills.
