Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Questech Recruitment Ltd in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Your primary responsibilities will include processing sales orders, communicating with customers regarding order status, amendments, and shortages. You will also maintain accurate records, raise credit notes, and sundry invoices, as well as arrange transport for packaging customers. Additionally, you will create new product codes and prices, update customer information via their online systems, and maintain load calculators for select customers.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, strong administration abilities, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is essential, and experience with D365 is advantageous but not required. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, working standard office hours from Monday to Friday.
