As an Executive Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Parish Support Team.

The salary for this position is £19,118 per annum (pro rata of £31,864) based on a 21 hour working week.

You will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, providing support to team members and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Parish Support Team
  • Assisting with tasks such as data entry, filing and photocopying
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Supporting team members with their workload

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Basic computer skills and experience with office software
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
