We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a Receptionist at our Crowne Plaza Docklands hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in creating memorable experiences.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This competitive package reflects the importance of our front desk ambassadors in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. You will be responsible for handling check-ins, check-outs, and all other aspects of the front desk operation with efficiency and poise.

A Day in the Life of a Front Desk Ambassador
  • Be the friendly face and voice that greets our guests, setting the tone for their stay.
  • Master the art of multitasking, handling calls, bookings, and guest requests with ease.
  • Become a local expert, providing insider knowledge on the best spots to visit and hidden gems to explore.
  • C Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and requests are met efficiently.
