Role Summary
A Front Desk Ambassador at Sumosan Twiga will be the key to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious setting and make a lasting impression on our patrons.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
- Coordinate with operational departments to provide seamless service and exceed guest expectations.
- Engage with guests to ensure a comprehensive and enjoyable customer experience.
- Provide menu presentations and address initial inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage reservations, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless operations and address any guest concerns or feedback effectively.
Requirements
- Background in Hospitality or a similar role will be highly beneficial.
- Experience with reservation software, particularly Seven Rooms, is highly advantageous.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is a must.
- Legal right to work in the UK is required.
