Job Title: Agile Business Improvement Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Business Improvement Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in Guernsey, Haywards Heath or Manchester, this role comes with a competitive salary of £43,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical techniques to support the organisation in identifying and defining target states and outcomes. They will apply business modelling and analytical techniques to review current and target business-states, identify and prioritise gaps, and provide analytical expertise to support Stakeholders/SME in the definition, documentation and prioritisation of Business Outcomes and themes and their associated benefits.

Key responsibilities include providing critical analysis of business outcomes, validating and collaborating across teams to refine them into Epics, ready for delivery. The successful candidate will support the Head-of-Portfolio in the creation and management of the Portfolio Roadmap, help resolve competing in-pillar priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate.

They will also instigate, prepare, facilitate and lead meetings, workshops and presentations for a wide range of audiences, developing close working relationships with Subject Matter Experts, Heads of Department, Project/Programme Managers and Sponsors to drive decisions. The role requires the ability to define to-be business processes, supporting change delivery (Project Management, L&D, Legal, Data & Technology, etc).

The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Analysis Community of Practice to set standards and processes, ensuring best practice is followed to support a fully agile change and development environment. They will comply with the requirements, and act in accordance with, the Group Code of Conduct and Fitness and Propriety policies at all times.
