Continuous Improvement Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement Lead to join our Operational Excellence team in the UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and improving operational efficiency across First Central Services UK Ltd.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading lean agile programmes and establishing a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with senior leadership and Execs to define and deliver business outcomes, optimising flow and delivering value at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lean agile strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address process improvements and eliminate waste.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement experiments to expand knowledge threshold and drive customer value.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and Execs to influence business decisions and drive cultural change.
- 5+ years of experience leading lean agile programmes at a leadership level.
- Proven track record of establishing a culture of continuous improvement and up-skilling existing employees.
- Expertise in lean agile principles, tools, and systems, including six sigma, kanban, scrum, and value stream mapping.
- Strong stakeholder management and coaching experience, including at Executive level.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements specific to the insurance industry.
First Central Services UK Ltd offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
