We are looking for an Agile Coach who will lead and facilitate adopting and improving Agile principles and practices within our teams.

You’ll work in a central team that aims to reduce friction in our change processes and create an environment where our teams can excel.

**What does the job involve?**
- Team Coaching: Coach and mentor teams and individuals on agile methodologies, helping them understand and embrace agile principles and practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with the Agile Practices Team to identify opportunities for process improvements and work collaboratively with teams to implement changes that enhance productivity and
- quality.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and transparency among teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Metrics and Reporting: Utilise a pre-existing framework for measuring pace of change and developer satisfaction to help identify areas of improvement.
- Training and Workshops: Organize and facilitate agile training sessions, workshops, and events to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with agile principles and goals, and manage expectations effectively.
- Problem Solving: Assist teams in identifying and resolving impediments and roadblocks that hinder their progress.

**About you**:
**The essential**:

- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban, LEAN or Scrum.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Experience working with C-Suite and Business teams outside of Technology Services.
- Experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**The nice to have**:

- Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, BitBucket and OpsGenie.
- Lived experience working in Agile methodologies such as Kanban.
- Certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (CAC), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile Certifications are a plus.
- A background in software development or related fields is highly desirable.
- Experience running Agile Ceremonies, such as retrospectives and stand-ups.
- Agile Certifications, for example, Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner.
