Job Summary

We are seeking a Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team at the Cairn Group. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of customer service.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a hotel environment, with excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language. With a varied and extensive UK portfolio of hotels, bars, and restaurants, we're focused on continual growth and are in it for the long haul.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and customers to the hotel, checking them in and making any reservation changes as required.
  • Undertake night security checks around the hotel, basic cleaning and laundry duties, and ensure a full handover to the morning porter/DM or receptionist.
  • Be confident with handling cash/credit transactions and cash reconciliation.
