Delegated Claims Analyst
======================

Edenbrook is seeking a skilled Delegated Claims Analyst to assist the Delegated Underwriting Claims Manager in overseeing and controlling outsourced adjusting service providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating, issuing, and updating Delegated Claims Administrators (DCA) Agreements, Coverholder claims wordings, and declarations.

Responsibilities
---------------

* Collaborate with the Delegated Underwriting Claims Manager to complete claims DA audit actions, including scheduling, scoping, report review, and recommendation issuance.
* Manage Delegated Authorities Claims Performance, attend meetings, complete DCA assessments, and identify performance outliers using data sets.
* Maintain accurate claims delegated authorities records and information.
* Work with the Delegated Underwriting Claims Manager to deliver actions for Delegated Claims projects and initiatives, including project planning, tracking progress, and resolving blockers.
* Collaborate with the Delegated Authorities Data Manager in relation to all claims bordereaux processes.
