Delegated Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Delegated Claims Analyst to join our team at Edenbrook. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and controlling outsourced adjusting service providers, including Coverholder and Delegated Claims Administrators (DCAs), on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiation and Agreement Management: Negotiate, issue, and update new and in-force Delegated Claims Administrators (DCA) Agreements, Coverholder claims wordings, and declarations for existing DCA contracts.
- Claims DA Audit Actions: Collaborate with the Delegated Underwriting Claims Manager (DUCM) to complete claims DA audit actions, including scheduling, scoping, report review, recommendation issuance, and closure.
- Delegated Authorities Claims Performance: Manage Delegated Authorities Claims Performance, attend meetings, complete DCA assessments, identify performance outliers using data sets, and follow up on performance outside of tolerance.
- Claims Records and Information: Maintain accurate claims delegated authorities records and information.
- Project Delivery: Work with DUCM to deliver actions for Delegated Claims projects and initiatives, including project planning, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and business analysis activities.
- Collaboration and Data Management: Collaborate with the Delegated Authorities Data Manager in relation to all claims bordereaux processes.
