Job Title: Business Account Co-Ordinator

At Hotelbeds Group, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Account Co-Ordinator to join our Commercial - Sourcing function. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the data entry process for supplier contracts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work and meeting set service targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Owning the end-to-end contract loading process, including entering all relevant data, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining control over the product portfolio.
  2. Adding cost updates, coordinating product updates, and performing quality checks to identify and correct potential issues.
  3. Communicating with stakeholders, analyzing data, and identifying improvement opportunities to drive efficient and productive processes.
  4. Maintaining tracking documents, facilitating training for new team members, and demonstrating flexibility in line with business needs.
  5. Utilizing multiple data systems to manage processes and demonstrating a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
