The Business Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Commercial – Sourcing function by managing the data entry process for supplier contracts. This includes creating, uploading, and maintaining all aspects of supplier contracts, supplier information, and content information.

This role involves adhering to set service targets and KPIs, delivering high-quality work with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality control. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end contract loading process, adding cost updates, and coordinating communications with the trading team and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Owning the contract loading process, ensuring timely delivery of projects and alignment with strategic objectives.
  2. Adding cost updates and managing product information to maintain a robust product portfolio.
  3. Coordinating communications with stakeholders to ensure clear control over the product life cycle.
  4. Performing quality checks and analyzing data to identify potential issues and provide solutions.
  5. Communicating with teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive high-quality processes.
  6. Maintaining tracking documents and facilitating training for new team members.
