Job Introduction
Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership is a dynamic new collaboration delivering substance use treatment and recovery services across Lincolnshire. Comprising partners Turning Point, Framework, and Double Impact, the partnership combines extensive national experience with specialist expertise in lived experience and recovery.

We are seeking a skilled practitioner to lead the implementation and delivery of interventions addressing co-occurring substance use and mental health issues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing quality of Recovery Planning, reviewing individual and group interventions, and providing clinical assessments to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and deliver interventions to address co-occurring substance use and mental health issues
  • Enhance quality of Recovery Planning and review individual and group interventions
  • Provide clinical assessments to the highest standards of practice
  • Work therapeutically with a small caseload of clients with complex needs
  • Exercise responsibility for the systematic governance of psycho-social practice
  • Provide an advisory service on trauma-informed interventions
  • Supervise and manage a team of staff as operationally required
  • Promote links with Primary and Secondary Mental Health services
  • Contribute to continuously improving services through evidence-based suggestions
  • Meet agreed performance targets and outcomes

Requirements

  • RMN or CQSW/DipSW qualification
  • Registration with the relevant professional body
  • Experience in delivering and coordinating mental health services
  • Knowledge and Continued Professional Development maintained
  • Experience of line managing staff and providing clinical supervision
