Senior Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Lincolnshire County Council. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a high level of autonomy, excellent assessment and risk management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in a relevant field, such as psychology or social work, and be an accredited member of a professional body like the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). They will also have experience working with young people with mental health needs, knowledge of child emotional development, and highly developed clinical reasoning skills.
