About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paediatric therapist to lead our Child Development Centre team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of therapists and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of therapists to deliver services to children with complex needs
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve outcomes for children
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with trust policies and procedures
