About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paediatric occupational therapist, speech and language therapist, or physiotherapist to lead our Child Development and Specialist Play teams within the Children, Young People & Families Service Delivery Unit.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of holistic child development in the early years and the wider system of SEND support. They will be responsible for managing a team, making clinical decisions with autonomy, and working closely with the senior management team to ensure the quality and implementation of new initiatives.

The service is undergoing a period of review and transformation, and the successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the advanced clinical practitioner to drive quality improvement, audit, and research.
