Complex Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Complex Care Specialist to join our team in Westminster Council's Assessment Team.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves managing a caseload of 8-12 families, conducting risk assessments and interventions, attending CP conferences and CIN meetings, and working directly with children and families. Strong organizational skills, excellent report writing ability, and a diligent work ethic are essential.
Requirements:
A Degree in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England (SWE) are required. A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience within Children's Services Social Work, along with proven experience in child protection, court work, and working with CIN, is necessary. A strong understanding of child protection laws, practices, and frameworks is also required.
